Connect your AI assistant: setup, prompts and cross-tool workflows

Set up ESTATIQ MCP, copy real estate prompts, and plan optional workflows with Higgsfield, Apollo, HubSpot and n8n.

Updated

What is the ESTATIQ MCP connector?

ESTATIQ’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector lets a compatible external AI assistant work with the real estate records your ESTATIQ role can access. The public server address is https://estatiq.co/mcp and the transport is Streamable HTTP. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. This is separate from the built-in ESTATIQ Assistant. Your external assistant has its own subscription and data-handling terms.

Connect an assistant

Open the interactive setup page, choose your client and copy its setup prompt. Paste it into the assistant to receive setup guidance. A prompt cannot grant permissions: complete ESTATIQ sign-in yourself. Claude uses a custom connector; ChatGPT requires a plan and workspace that supports custom MCP apps. Grok Bot, OpenClaw and Hermes need versions/configurations that support remote HTTP MCP and the required authentication. Support in Grok Bot is not a claim that every consumer Grok interface supports this connection. If a client cannot perform the sign-in flow, use a supported client rather than pasting credentials into chat.

For Claude Code, run:

claude mcp add --transport http estatiq https://estatiq.co/mcp

Then open /mcp and authenticate in your browser. See the Claude Code MCP documentation.

Gemini CLI: setup preview

Gemini CLI documents Streamable HTTP MCP and OAuth. ESTATIQ public discovery and the unauthenticated initialize response were checked on 24 September 2026. A complete Gemini sign-in, tool discovery and permission test has not yet been completed; this is setup guidance, not a tested-compatibility claim.

With Gemini CLI installed, run:

gemini mcp add --transport http estatiq https://estatiq.co/mcp

Start Gemini CLI, then authenticate:

/mcp auth estatiq

Check /mcp list. Begin with a workspace identity request. Verify a permitted read, a permission denial and the exact-message approval flow using test records before relying on operational workflows. Keep normal tool confirmations enabled. See Gemini CLI MCP documentation.

Gemini app: availability and setup

Google currently limits custom MCP apps to users aged 18+ in the US with a personal Google account, English and Keep Activity enabled. Work/school accounts are not supported by this consumer feature. It is not generally available for GCC customers. These restrictions concern the Gemini app, not a blanket statement about Gemini CLI.

Eligible users add the MCP URL in Gemini web Settings → Connected Apps → Add a custom app and complete ESTATIQ sign-in. After linking, the custom app can be used on web and mobile; select it with @ in chat. Authenticated ESTATIQ testing is pending. Check Google’s current requirements before setup.

What the ESTATIQ tools can do

Read permitted leads, listings, shared marketplace inventory, conversations, lead timelines, tasks, team members, assistant performance and available DLD area summaries. Match listings to a lead’s recorded preferences. Authorised write tools can add notes, create or update tasks, change supported lead fields or stages, and assign leads. Exports are permission-gated and may have row limits and expiring links. WhatsApp sending requires preparation and explicit confirmation of the exact message. No blanket access to every agency record is granted.

Use more than one connected tool

The examples below are workflow ideas, not bundled or automatic ESTATIQ integrations. The assistant must have a separately authorised connection to each external service. Provider plans, credits, API scopes and tool availability vary. Check available tools first. Never paste API secrets into a shared prompt or send confidential customer records to a generation provider without appropriate authorisation.

Property walkthroughs: Blender + Higgsfield

Start from authorised source photos, floor plans, dimensions and verified listing details. A local Blender workflow creates the editable geometry and camera route. Review room proportions, sink orientation, sofa placement, chair direction, artwork, doors and reflections in Blender stills before generation. Approve the camera path in a simple movement preview. Then provide approved renders and permitted source images to a separately connected Higgsfield workflow for a short visual test. Image/video generation can change geometry and details; it does not prove a dimensionally accurate reconstruction or produce a navigable 3D model. Compare the output to the references before editing a final walkthrough. Keep the Blender file as the editable source.

Ask for the generation credit estimate first. External subscriptions, generation credits, licensed assets, rendering time and manual review are separate costs; do not promise a fixed per-property price without a measured pilot. For the non-enterprise Higgsfield workflow, use approved non-confidential material and review the provider’s current data terms. See Higgsfield MCP.

Apollo: external business prospect research

Apollo People Search can filter business prospects. It does not return email addresses or phone numbers; enrichment is a separate action with its own access and cost requirements. Compare permitted names/companies with ESTATIQ records to identify possible duplicates, then review a shortlist. The current ESTATIQ connector does not expose a create-lead tool, so do not promise direct lead imports through MCP. Any import needs a separately supported product/API workflow. See Apollo People Search.

HubSpot: a source-labelled CRM handover

A separately authorised HubSpot remote MCP connection can provide CRM context. Compare it with ESTATIQ records, resolve ambiguous matches and show conflicting fields before proposing changes. Check the scopes and write tools actually exposed to your account; approval of a prompt is not continuous CRM synchronisation. See HubSpot MCP.

n8n: design before activation

Use a separately authorised n8n connection to draft an automation design or a disabled workflow, depending on its available tools. Specify verified API endpoints, deduplication, webhook authentication, retry rules and failure alerts. The assistant must not assume every ESTATIQ event or endpoint exists. Review connections and actions before enabling a workflow. See n8n MCP documentation.

Copyable workflow prompts

Replace bracketed names and references with your own. Start with a read-only request. Each prompt below can be copied; tool access and data coverage determine the result.

Start with the right priorities.

Turn your open pipeline into a focused morning brief.

Using ESTATIQ, review my open leads and overdue tasks. Give me a concise morning brief with the most useful next actions, the lead behind each one and why it matters. State which records you reviewed. Do not change anything.

Find the homes that fit.

A buyer’s brief. A considered property shortlist.

Using ESTATIQ, search our listings for two-bedroom apartments in Dubai Marina up to AED 2.5 million. Compare up to five matches by price, size and available details. Explain the trade-offs and flag anything missing. Use actual listings, not invented examples.

Pick up the conversation.

Spot waiting clients and prepare a thoughtful next reply.

Using ESTATIQ, find recent conversations awaiting a reply. Read the latest messages in up to five threads, summarise what each client needs and draft a specific follow-up in their language. Show me the drafts. Do not send any messages.

Match the person, not just the price.

Use the lead’s recorded preferences to explain each match.

Using ESTATIQ, find the lead [client name]. Ask me to choose if more than one person matches. Review their preferences and recent conversation, then find matching listings. Explain why each property fits and where it falls short.

Look beyond your own listings.

Explore inventory shared by the agent-to-agent network.

Using ESTATIQ, search other agencies’ shared marketplace listings for a two-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina under AED 2.5 million. Compare the available options and include listing-agent details where provided. Do not contact anyone.

A handover without the catch-up.

Bring the conversation, notes and next steps together.

Using ESTATIQ, prepare a handover brief for [client name]. Include their recorded requirements, current stage, recent messages, internal notes and outstanding tasks. Flag gaps and conflicting details. Do not update the lead or assign it to anyone.

Bring context to the asking price.

Compare areas using the DLD data available in ESTATIQ.

Using ESTATIQ, compare the available DLD market data for Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. Show median transaction values, price per square metre and year-on-year changes where available. Include the data period and missing coverage. Do not present area averages as a valuation of a specific property.

Turn the conversation into a plan.

Get useful follow-up tasks ready for your approval.

Using ESTATIQ, read the latest conversation with [client name] and review their existing tasks. Propose follow-up tasks with clear titles, owners and due dates. Avoid duplicates. Ask me to approve the proposed list before creating anything.

Reply with the right context.

Write a relevant response in your client’s language.

Using ESTATIQ, review the latest messages and recorded property preferences for [client name]. Draft a concise follow-up in the language they used. Refer only to verified details and ask one useful question. Give me an English summary. Do not send it.

Keep the details up to date.

Review a proposed change before updating the record.

Using ESTATIQ, find [client name] and show their current recorded budget and preferred area. I want to change the budget to AED 3 million and the area to Dubai Marina. Show the proposed changes and ask for my approval before updating the record.

See where the inbox needs you.

Understand reply times and AI-versus-human workload.

Using ESTATIQ, review the last 14 days of assistant performance. Summarise message volume, the AI-versus-human reply split, median first-response time and threads awaiting a reply. Identify gaps in the data and suggest three practical improvements.

Take the pipeline into your meeting.

Prepare a lead export with your existing access.

Using ESTATIQ, check whether my role permits exports. If it does, export the leads I am allowed to access as an Excel file and give me the download link with its expiry. Explain any row limits or filters. If I do not have permission, explain what access is required.

From property photos to a visual story.

Build a considered walkthrough with Blender and Higgsfield. Requires a separate Higgsfield + Blender connection.

Using ESTATIQ, prepare a visual brief for [property reference] from verified listing details. Ask me for authorised photos, a floor plan and dimensions. With a separately connected Blender workflow, build the room layout and render a kitchen-to-living-room camera route. Show me the Blender stills and low-resolution movement preview for approval before uploading anything to Higgsfield. Preserve geometry, furniture orientation, openings and mirror reflections. After approval, use my connected Higgsfield tools to test one short clip using only approved non-confidential assets, after showing the credit estimate. Compare the result against the approved Blender render and source photos; flag invented or altered details. Do not publish.

Find the next business conversation.

Research relevant business prospects beyond your own CRM. Requires a separate Apollo connection.

Using my separately authorised Apollo API connection, research up to 20 UAE property-development or brokerage decision-makers for [business offer]. Start with company location, role and company-size filters. Compare available names and companies with records I can access in ESTATIQ; flag possible duplicates without assuming a match. Return a sourced research shortlist with missing fields and a draft outreach angle. People Search does not return email addresses or phone numbers; ask before paid enrichment. Do not import contacts, create leads, enrol prospects or send outreach. If Apollo is not connected, tell me what access is needed.

Bring both sides of the relationship together.

Compare HubSpot context with your ESTATIQ pipeline. Requires a separate HubSpot connection.

Using my separately authorised HubSpot MCP connection and ESTATIQ, compare the contact and deal history for [client or company]. Ask me to confirm ambiguous identity matches. Produce a source-labelled handover with current stage, notes, outstanding tasks and conflicting fields. Propose a reconciliation plan and show the exact records and fields that would change. Do not write to either CRM until I approve each proposed change. Do not imply that this creates continuous synchronisation.

Design a handover that repeats reliably.

Plan an approval-led workflow across your connected tools. Requires a separate n8n connection.

Using ESTATIQ context, design an n8n workflow for a new property enquiry: validate the payload, check for duplicates through available APIs, propose the responsible agent and prepare a follow-up task. List the separate API connections, permissions, webhook verification, retry behaviour and failure alerts required. Produce a disabled draft workflow only if my n8n tools support it; otherwise provide the design. Never invent an ESTATIQ endpoint or event. Ask for approval before enabling triggers, writing records or sending messages.

Permissions, data and disconnection

ESTATIQ checks the current organisation and role for each tool call. Records returned by the connector are shared with the external assistant you authorise. Disconnect it under Settings → Connected Apps. Request source records and the scope reviewed; results may be limited by pagination, data availability and permissions. Approval is required for exact-message WhatsApp sends; for other writes, explicitly ask the assistant to show and confirm the proposed changes.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as ESTATIQ Assistant?

This connector brings ESTATIQ into an assistant you already use. ESTATIQ Assistant is built into the workspace. Both help you work with your business data, but your external assistant uses its own account, plan and supported tools.

Do I need an API key?

No. Add the server address and sign in with your ESTATIQ account. Custom connector availability depends on your assistant’s plan and workspace settings.

Which records can my assistant access?

The connector checks your current ESTATIQ role and organisation permissions. Data retrieved through the connection is shared with the assistant you authorise. You can disconnect it in ESTATIQ under Settings → Connected Apps.

Can it make changes or send messages?

Authorised tools can create tasks, add notes and update lead records. WhatsApp messages use a separate preparation and confirmation step before sending. The prompt examples tell your assistant when to draft, review or ask for approval.

Why might a prompt return fewer results?

Available tools, record limits, market-data coverage and your permissions shape each answer. Ask the assistant to state what it reviewed and what is missing. The examples request real workspace data; they do not guarantee a particular result.

Are Higgsfield, Apollo, HubSpot and n8n included in this connection?

No. These are optional cross-tool workflows in an assistant that can access each service. They require separate accounts, supported connectors or API access, permissions and any provider charges. The ESTATIQ MCP connection alone does not install them or enable automatic synchronisation.

Can I use ESTATIQ with Gemini?

Gemini CLI supports remote MCP and OAuth; ESTATIQ setup guidance is available, but authenticated compatibility testing is pending. The Gemini app currently restricts custom apps to US adults using personal accounts, English and Keep Activity. Check Google’s eligibility requirements; it is not generally available to GCC customers.
